PILATES is our 60-minute, high energy hybrid that fuses classic Pilates principles with heart-pumping high-intensity intervals. Set in our infrared-heated studio (95–98°F), this sweat-forward, sculpt-forward session emphasizes breath, control, and efficient movement while delivering short, powerful bursts that spike the heart rate and torch calories.
You'll flow through Pilates-based patterns — core-centric sequencing, articulated spinal movement, and mindful alignment — then hit explosive intervals using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight moves to target glutes, thighs, and a steel core. It's low-impact on joints but high-impact on results. Modifications are offered throughout, so everyone from Pilates devotees to HIIT lovers finds their challenge.
