What You'll Learn
PILATES is our 60-minute, high energy hybrid that fuses classic Pilates principles with heart-pumping high-intensity intervals. Set in our infrared-heated studio (95–98°F), this sweat-forward, sculpt-forward session emphasizes breath, control, and efficient movement while delivering short, powerful bursts that spike the heart rate and torch calories. You’ll flow through Pilates-based patterns—core-centric sequencing, articulated spinal movement, and mindful alignment—then hit explosive intervals using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight moves to target glutes, thighs, and a steel core. It’s low-impact on joints but high-impact on results. Modifications are offered throughout, so everyone from Pilates devotees to HIIT lovers finds their challenge.
Our Training Program prepares you to lead with authority and biomechanics-backed confidence. Learn to marry Pilates principles (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, flow) with interval programming: smart interval timing, safe progressions, cueing for alignment under fatigue, rhythm-driven sequencing, playlist crafting, and how to build a cohesive class that feels both intentional and exhilarating. You’ll practice demoed transitions, learn injury-prevention strategies, and master modifications so every student leaves stronger and inspired.
