About BURN
BURN is our signature 50-minute, beat-driven, high-energy class that brings the fire, literally and figuratively. Set in our infrared-heated studio (95–98°F), this sweat-dripping, muscle-sculpting experience blends strength, flexibility, and endurance into one fierce, low-impact workout. You'll pulse, stretch, and sweat to the rhythm, using light weights, resistance bands, and blocks to target your glutes, thighs, core, and more. It's intense, empowering, and addictive in the best way. Modifications are always offered, so whether you're a first-timer or a fitness enthusiast, you'll find your edge.
