Get Ready to BURN & Learn How to Lead It!
BURN is our signature 50-minute, beat-driven, high-energy class that brings the fire, literally and figuratively. Set in our infrared-heated studio (95–98°F), this sweat-dripping, muscle-sculpting experience blends strength, flexibility, and endurance into one fierce, low-impact workout. You’ll pulse, stretch, and sweat to the rhythm, using light weights, resistance bands, and blocks to target your glutes, thighs, core, and more. It’s intense, empowering, and addictive in the best way. Modifications are always offered, so whether you're a first-timer or a fitness enthusiast, you'll find your edge.
Want to teach the fire?
Our BURN Training Program is your gateway to becoming a next-level leader. You’ll learn how to bring the energy, own the room, and deliver a class that leaves people buzzing. We cover it all: smart sequencing, precise cueing, killer playlists, and how to create a vibe that keeps students coming back. It’s more than just a training, it’s a movement. Come ready to sweat, grow, and ignite your inner coach. Let’s turn up the heat!
