Inspired by Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power sequence, this sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels. The movement is linked together by connective momentum and consists of five classical pillars: Drishti (gaze), Ujjayi (breath), Bandhas (foundation), Tapas (heat), and Vinyasa (flow). You will leave feeling empowered, energized, and awake!

This 50-minute, form-focused, music-driven high-energy fitness class is designed to build strength and improve flexibility. Through low-impact movements, you'll enjoy a challenging workout. The class emphasizes coordination, balance, and endurance, using props like light weights, blocks, and resistance bands to target key areas such as your thighs, glutes, and core. Suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations. This heated session promises a dynamic and energizing experience.

Slow down. For 50 minutes, we sink into positions that improve circulation and flexibility while meeting the present moment. Think of it as your reset button: a chance to balance out the intensity of your other training and tap into a space of curiosity and awareness. Bring your own bolster if you have them or use ours - either way, come ready to discover what happens when you give yourself permission to truly rest.

Discover a creative and grounding practice with Power Flow — a dynamic and powerful yoga experience set to energizing music. This class emphasizes alignment while guiding you through Sun Salutations, vinyasa sequences, and thoughtfully selected standing and seated postures. Reconnect with the rhythm of your breath to cultivate steadiness and ease, both on and off your mat. This series, developed by Bishnu Ghosh and popularized by Bikram Choudhury, features a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room to enhance flexibility and focus. The full-body practice builds strength and balance while promoting mental clarity and mindfulness. Whether it's your first time or your hundredth, there's always something to explore. Leave feeling refreshed, energized, and empowered.

Athletic Stretch

Reset for the body: built to reduce tension, restore mobility, and support how you move in and out of your workouts. Through a focused mix of guided stretching, mobility work, and controlled pacing, this 45-minute class helps you move with more range, stability, and control. It's not just recovery, it's a way to improve how your body performs in your day-to-day life. Longer-held stretches combined with targeted mobility work increase range of motion, improve posture, and correct imbalances from repetitive training.

Hot Pilates Fusion class

Hot Pilates Fusion

This isn't your typical Pilates class - we're turning up the heat and the intensity. Building from traditional Pilates principles, we add high-intensity intervals that target every muscle: core, arms, legs, you name it. We work in Tabata-style bursts - 20 seconds of pure focus, 10 seconds to reset, then back at it. The room is heated, the pace is quick, and the results are real. New to Pilates? A class designed to unite the mind, body, and spirit. Begin with guided breathwork to quiet the mind, then move through a purposeful flow to awaken and energize the body, and close with meditation to turn inward and reset. Calm the mind, energize the body, and drop into stillness through breathwork, flow, and meditation.
