Led by PureFire Yoga teacher Chase Muholland, this community run club is designed to be welcoming and inclusive for all experience levels. Whether you’re a beginner, seasoned runner, or just getting started on your movement journey.
The group will warm up together in front of the studio before heading out for a community 5K along the Capital Crescent Trail. Come move at your own pace, connect with the community, and have fun doing it.
